原好客麵屋，與京都拉麵名店潛習一年半後，返鄉用心熬煮的美味拉麵，忠於日式濃口湯頭，採用日本直輸醬油調製，每一口的湯頭都是熬煮24小時後，再透過急速冷卻盡可能的保留住的美味、甘口。
